Officers stationed in Odessa, Texas were left in astonishment when, around 3 am, a German Shepherd wandered into the station and propped his front legs onto the counter, seemingly surrendering himself.
Chico was wearing a collar, but the identification tag was absent, making it difficult to locate his owner. The station contacted animal control and, while waiting for their arrival, the young dog enjoyed his time, receiving affection and engaging in play with the staff.
