Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal Exposes a Shocking Reality: Even Nattu Kaka Faced Harassment on the TMKOC Set?

Shocking News! Late Ghanshyam Nayak Faced Harassment on the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Set? Jennifer Mistry Bares it All: "Even Nattu Kaka Wasn't Spared..."

There's a fresh twist in the ongoing saga of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the TV show that's no stranger to controversy. Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, who has been in and out of the show as 'Roshan', recently dropped a bombshell – claiming that Ghanshyam Nayak, the late actor who played the lovable character Nattu Kaka, also faced harassment by the show's producer.

If you've been following along, this isn't the first time we've heard troubling news from the set. After parting ways with the show last year, Jennifer raised allegations of s*xual harassment against producer Asit Kumarr Modi. She didn't stop there - Sohail Ramani, the head of operations, and Jatin Bajaj, the executive producer, were also called out.

But Jennifer isn't a solitary voice in the wilderness. Monika Bhadoriya, who fans will know as 'Bawri', spoke about Asit Kumarr Modi's ill-treatment of the cast. Another cast member, 'Rita Reporter' a.k.a Priya Ahuja Rajda, revealed she didn't receive a pay rise for five years despite her continuous work on the show.

In a recent emotional interview with Pinkvilla, Jennifer laid bare the difficulties the cast faced. Sharing her personal ordeal, she revealed that she was forbidden to leave the shoot to visit her critically ill brother in Nagpur. When she got the news of his passing, she had no choice but to walk away mid-shoot.

Jennifer also revealed how the souls of her late brother, Monika's late brother, and Ghanshyam Nayak gave her the courage to speak out against the show's creators. She exposed that Ghanshyam Nayak, who played the unforgettable Nattu Kaka from the beginning of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, wasn't spared from harassment either. As she put it: "Nattu Kaka was also greatly disturbed." Nayak fought a brave battle against a rare form of cancer, finally succumbing to it on October 3, 2021.
