Vicky's 'Zara Hatke' Response to a Problematic Question About Kat Leaves Everyone Speechless

Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan are currently busy promoting their upcoming romantic comedy, "Zara Hatke Zara Bachke." However, a recent press conference for the movie took a bizarre turn when a paparazzo asked Vicky a rather problematic question about Katrina Kaif. While the incident was treated lightly at the event, it raises concerns about the sexist and personal nature of such inquiries.

This is what happened:

During the Q&A session of the press conference for "Zara Hatke Zara Bachke," a paparazzo asked Vicky Kaushal if he would consider divorcing Katrina Kaif if he found a better actress. Vicky's reaction mirrored that of everyone present, as he seemed taken aback by the nature and purpose of the question. He cleverly dismissed it by responding, "Sir, shaam ko ghar bhi jana hai! Aise aise tede medi sawaal pooch rahe ho, baccha hoon abhi bada toh hone do. Kaise jawaab do iska main! Itna khatarnak sawaal poocha hai," which translates to, "Sir, I have to return home in the evening. Why are you asking such twisted questions? I'm just a kid. Let me grow up first. How do I answer such a dangerous question?"

After his initial response, Vicky delivered a heartwarming answer, stating that he would remain married to Katrina for many lifetimes. He gracefully concluded the inappropriate discussion with the words, "Janmo janmo tak!" meaning "For lifetimes!"

This incident prompts us to question whether an actress would ever be subjected to such a line of questioning. Celebrities often face random and bizarre questions and are judged by their ability to handle them. However, there are instances like the Vicky-Katrina discussion that make us pause and reflect on the kind of queries directed at celebrities. While Vicky Kaushal handled it with humor and wit, it is undeniable that the question was problematic and sexist. It highlights how all sexist questions seem to revolve around women or are centered on them. Moreover, it's worth noting that no actress, whether committed or married, would ever be asked if she would leave her boyfriend or husband for a "better actor."

Putting aside these unfortunate incidents, Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan are eagerly promoting "Zara Hatke Zara Bachke." Scheduled to release on June 2, 2023, this upcoming romantic comedy delves into what happens after the "happily ever after." It marks the first time Vicky and Sara will share the big screen together. In the movie, they portray a couple from Indore who get married and navigate life in a joint family.

As fans eagerly await the release of "Zara Hatke Zara Bachke," it is important to recognize the need for respectful and appropriate questions during press conferences and interviews. Celebrities deserve to be treated with dignity, and discussions should focus on their work rather than intrusive and offensive personal inquiries.
