In this episode, the story unfolds with Radha losing consciousness due to severe blood loss. Meanwhile, Mohan tells Kadambari that Radha is capable of ruining others' lives and assures her that nothing will happen to Radha. Kadambari questions him if he will still hold the same belief if something actually happens to Radha. Kaveri suggests to Damini that they should have sent Kadambari to the cold storage room as well. However, Damini refuses to grant an easy death to Kadambari, as her current priority is Radha.
Mohan continues to insist that Radha is only pretending and that she will be perfectly fine. Tulsi, on the other hand, starts having glimpses of blood and becomes worried about Radha. She holds her bridal chain and has a vision of Radha lying on the floor, seemingly moving toward the afterlife. Tulsi pleads with Radha to stop and reminds her that she cannot go because she still needs to save the Trivedi family from Damini. Radha is her last hope, and she holds Radha's hand tightly.
Gungun urges Mohan to accompany her in searching for Radha, emphasizing that Radha is not acting. Kadambari warns Mohan that he will never forgive himself if anything happens to Radha. Mohan refuses to join the search and Damini supports his decision. Ketki scolds Damini for coming between Mohan and Radha, while Gungun tries to mediate and insists that they must find Radha.
